OpenAI have introduced the concept of custom GPTs as, "You can now create custom versions of ChatGPT that combine instructions, extra knowledge, and any combination of skills." In Hoist, we call these apps and you can share them with your team and run them for clients using client specific context.
A workspace is a project, team or client within Hoist. Each workspace can have a collection of knowledge bases (ie data which is made available to the LLM as context) and apps (ie different jobs you want to do with AI). By creating workspaces, you are able to share apps and knowledge bases from your library, while also keeping some apps and knowledge bases private to the workspace.
Hoist protects your data, ensuring it is not trained into a public LLM and allowing you to ensure that client data does not leak between clients.
Hoist provides OpenAI access but it will be rate limited. To use the Hoist API or to increase your chatGPT usage, you will need to provide your own OpenAI API key. This allows Hoist to charge a fixed price, while providing you with unlimited users and ChatGPT usage.
During your trial, we will provide two online training sessions. The first will give you an introduction to Hoist and discuss how to run a good experiment. The second is a workshop where we will help you to improve your prompts to get better results.
In addition to the training sessions, we provide email support, an online help centre and of course a chatbot within Hoist that you can ask for help at anytime.
